Jetfire found himself wandering aimlessly around the garden, then paused, automatically kicking at the ruins of the bird-bath. His friends, what would they do without him, who would be taking his place as second in command? And he was never going to see any of his team, his friends again.

Sighing to himself, he moved away to start searching for a lake, a river, anything. Rad had said throwing stones into water was a good way to vent.

"But I have a feeling your place in the Time Stream is behind mine." She lets air from her intakes softly in a sigh, admiring the beautiful scene and remembering times she spent in that place long ago. Then she squares her shoulders and turns away. "People will probably stand and look at that view long after I'm forgotten."

"Yeah" Jetfire nodded in a somewhat distracted fashion, his scanners picking up faint traces of energon from somewhere in the room.

Optimus pauses and looks around too. "...I think you have snacks."

One hand goes toward the nearest desk drawer to check it.

Now curious, Jetfire moved to face Optimus, looking at the drawer to see what he detected.

The tall femme carefully moves aside more pictures of sky and clouds and then chuckles. "Cookies. And I think this is what they call 'candy'."

Once it was Fig Newtons and wine gums. Now both packages smell quite nicely of energon.

"For me, I take it" Jetfire inquired quietly and tasted one from each package, then his optics narrowed as he dropped the Newtons in the bin next to the desk. They didn't taste that nice.

"Whoa, don't do that." Optimus bends and gets them out. "If you don't like them someone would probably want to trade for them."

She pauses and sniffs the package. "...Have you ever heard of 'twinkies'?"

"Have I ever?" Jetfire shook his head, chuckling at the memory "Fred practically lived on them, even tried offering our mini-cons one or two once"
