Day three. Meet and Greet!

Vector Prime tries to scowl and defend his side from Optimus' fingers as he sends out the com message on all frequencies.

//All hands report to the mess hall in (ten minutes) to meet your teammates. Thank you.//

Then he groans and grabs his younger sister's wrist. "Optimus...."

"Hey, you said you needed some help waking up." She grins at him.

"Waking up can be accomplished with proper usage of energy. My being tormented is unnecessary."

"Maybe." She chuckles as he lets go of her, then turns to the door to greet the first arrivals.

"Indeed," says Vector gravely, studying the younger mech. "Though I'm sure some of the skills you used would be transferable."

"Whazza onea them dem bem tem...?" Kimchee wants to know, sitting up on the medic's head.

He blinks at Vector Prime, not expecting that point. "Well, maybe, but unless you have a database in urgent need of a maintainer I don't see how. Or a party," he adds with a grin. It's a semi-intentional lie. He can, if he tries, think of a few skills that might fit the bill. He's sort of counting on some of them.

But he only adds, "Think I'll have to see what I remember of my old training," and frowns at Kimchee. "Anyone catch what she meant that time?"

Movor, it should be noted, is frowning at Fallstreak, trying to imagine a Decepticon army big enough to need admins,

"I believe she was inquiring as to what your job description entailed," says Vector, slightly amused at the little scrapling's interest.

"Heh." He focuses on Kimchee, picking out the aspects of his job worth mentioning. "Like I said, boring things. Putting records in order, sending them to people, making sure all of them were there, making sure the people in them were still online, telling people who to report to, skiving off to bar-hop... no, wait, that's the unofficial description."

"Bar-hoppy glop," murmurs the tiny femme, thinking about what he said.

Then she rattles her wings and shrugs. "Dumbdumb job."

"That will be enough, Kimchee," says Vector sternly.

"Thrrrpt! Dumbdumb!" She launches off of WakeJumper and vanishes into a vent.

"She was on the money, though." Fallstreak shrugs. "Glory and ruin weren't part of the contract."

Vector's glance is sympathetic. "I would imagine not. Thank you, Fallstreak."

The ancient mech then raises his voice and dismisses the assembly, advising them to become familiar with the mansion and its grounds.

Fallstreak takes that to mean he's given the impression of his last job that he wanted to. He nods as Vector moves on. Something about the set-up seems odd, though he can't lock onto what. And for once he finds himself happy to fade into the background.

But he doesn't want to let opportunity go to waste, so he keeps an optic on where the rest of his new team-mates scatter to.
