Day three. Meet and Greet!

Vector Prime tries to scowl and defend his side from Optimus' fingers as he sends out the com message on all frequencies.

//All hands report to the mess hall in (ten minutes) to meet your teammates. Thank you.//

Then he groans and grabs his younger sister's wrist. "Optimus...."

"Hey, you said you needed some help waking up." She grins at him.

"Waking up can be accomplished with proper usage of energy. My being tormented is unnecessary."

"Maybe." She chuckles as he lets go of her, then turns to the door to greet the first arrivals.

"She can't hover," Fallstreak translates. "I think that's what she means. Her wings are too primitive."

"Not primi-timmi-timative!" Offended dignity makes WakeJumper's hat rattle the appendages in question. "Just different!"

"Hey now, no fighting. Or I'll find a way to weld you both to a wall." WakeJumper is teasing, but he did study under his reality's Ratchet, and as a result, learned some interesting techniques...

"It's not a fight until someone's hauled off to the CR," Fallstreak informs him, pausing in cleaning himself to look the orange mech over. The jet-bot's attitude is unconcerned again, and vaguely friendly. Behind it, though, he's sharply aware that he doesn't have the measure of this mech yet.

He spots a disposal unit and leans over to toss the slightly-corroded napkins in, then turns back to Wakejumper. "The name's Fallstreak, by the way."

"Dumb dippy doofus medi-bot bot bot." Kimchee knocks on WakeJumper's head again. "No weldy beldy bleah."

Kimchee's comment earns a round of hearty laughter from WakeJumper, and for a few moments, all seems to be as it should be. After a bit, the medic calms down enough to remember his manners, and nods at Fallstreak, "I'm WakeJumper...Former Autobot medic."

Fallstreak smiles as the other bot laughs, to show willing, glancing at Kimchee once or twice. His optics flicker at Wakejumper's introduction. "That's interesting - I don't often run into medics. Outside of bars, I mean," he adds with a grin. "You have a specialism?"

"Specilesilesisism," murmurs the medic's hat as she watches the jet-former. "Dumbdumb got Kimchee outta kimchee."

WakeJumper chuckles a bit, shaking his head, "unless knowing how to treat idiotic Lamborghini twins, fritzing femmes, fritzing officers, hard-case frontliners, stubborn Primes, or any other mech or femme who comes to the medbay is a specialty..."

"Where I'm from, bothering to treat them might be." Another glance at Kimchee then, as he adds curiously, "You know, I've never seen designs like yours before..."

"Dumbdumb," notes Kimchee, her small voice amiable. Then she sits up and looks down at herself, clearly comparing construction between herself and the two mechs.

WakeJumper shrugs a little, "I could say the same about you...but then I'd have to remember about the time I wound up in another nexus..." The medic gives Kimchee as studious a look as he can manage, "I think Kimchee and I came from similar reality..."

"You look like it..." They look bizarre to his optics, but like the Autobot says, he probably looks the same to them. Fallstreak frowns as he focuses on those bits of Wakejumper's kibble that he can identify. "And... there's been contact with Earth in yours, too."

Kimchee gives Fallstreak a o_0 and then a 0_o before rustling her wings against WakeJumper's head and rattling off a string of utter binary gibberish.

WakeJumper nods, "Yeah...When I arrived with my old team, there had already been contact for awhile...My first alt-mode was a small water-going vehicle called a jet ski...then I got put into my final protoform, and I now have two alt-modes..one land-based, and one water-based..."
