Day three. Meet and Greet!

Vector Prime tries to scowl and defend his side from Optimus' fingers as he sends out the com message on all frequencies.

//All hands report to the mess hall in (ten minutes) to meet your teammates. Thank you.//

Then he groans and grabs his younger sister's wrist. "Optimus...."

"Hey, you said you needed some help waking up." She grins at him.

"Waking up can be accomplished with proper usage of energy. My being tormented is unnecessary."

"Maybe." She chuckles as he lets go of her, then turns to the door to greet the first arrivals.

The shuttle-bot glanced at Movor warily, but remained silent. They were all part of the same team now it seemed.

Movor gives a slight nod, though from the total lack of change in his posture it's obvious that he doesn't really do 'at ease'. If he even remembers how.

"I'm still assessing the base layout," he reports, frowning as he thinks of what he's found. "But you might be able to get more information from the AI about security systems."

His peripheral sensors are on the other shuttle-bot while he's talking. He's deathly curious about the newcomer, one of several he's missed while he's been busy mapping the mansion. It's just that making his report comes first.

Optimus nods as Movor reports, her hand going to the smaller mech's shoulder as her yellow optics focus on the young shuttle-bot's face. She can see him peeking at Jetfire, so to speak.

"No doubt I could."

-Along with a lot of flack. I wonder who programmed her, anyway?- she adds to herself with amusement.

"Mornin', Jetfire, Optimus, Vector Prime," Chromia greets the 'bots she knows the names of, before going to get herself some energon.

Perceptor makes his way into the room a short time later, having stayed up late into the night, studying and arranging the contents of the desk drawers on his side of the quarters.

Vector had returned Chromia's greeting when it was given, and now, after speaking to Starscream, he comes over to where Perceptor is and greets the other mech with a polite inquiry as to how his night had gone.

Perceptor is more than happy to talk about how he was able to categorize, alphabetize, and organize the belongings on his desk, and in the desk's drawers. Seems that was what occupied most of his time the night before.

"Er... and did you find time to recharge?" Vector Prime's brow plates raise.

"Er...no...I found several items of interest which held my attention for quite some time..." Perceptor ducks his head a bit.

The Guardian of space and time gives the younger mech a stern look. "After this meeting you had better go and get some rest."

Perceptor nods a bit, frowning slightly, thoughts going to the linen closet, which he never did get around to organizing better...

"That is an order, Perceptor. One that I trust will be followed."

If there's one thing Perceptor doesn't do, it's disobey orders. The scientist nods, "Yes sir..."

"Good man," sayd Vector approvingly, though he's talking to Optimus over the com. Then he looks around the room. "Quite a mixed crew."

"Indeed..." Perceptor agrees, nodding, "The variety of technologies is quite interesting...Though, there seems to be a few mechs and femmes of similar tech...no doubt due to similar realities of origin..."

"Some are close enough that they share a near identical history to a point." Vector's optics go over to Lumen and Desinex. "You have seen Kimchee?"

Perceptor nods, "I have made her acquaintence...the first day, shortly after WakeJumper arrived, in fact..."

"Have you learned of her disability, then?" asks the older mech soberly.

"Er...disability?" Perceptor's expression is quite confused. "I was aware that she is quite young..."

Vector nods gravely. "She's also energon intolerant. I suspect that to be the reason why she came here so soon after her creation."

"Oh dear...is there an alternate fuel source that she can consume that would be easier for her systems to process?" Concerned scientist is concerned, and already, the proverbial gears are turning in his processor for possible alternatives to energon as a fuel source for the smallest member of the team.

"She appears to have become most adroit at pilfering energy from the electrical outlets." Vector watches the scrapling's antics with slight amusement.

"Ah...perhaps finding a secondary generator that she could utilize would be a better solution..." Perceptor frowns, weighing the pros and cons of a generator.

"Perhaps," says Vector thoughtfully, his optics going over to where Chromia now attempted to speak with Starscream.

Perceptor nods a bit, wondering about the capacities of a generator, and where one could be acquired legally. After a moment, his attention also goes to Chromia, at least until Desinex's shout catches his attention.

Vector takes a step toward the panicked femme, but then recognizes that his going over there could be construed as a threat and stops, praying instead.
